About the Founder, CEO:

My name is Abby Hernandez, and I’m a Registered Dietitian in Columbus, Ohio.

I graduated from Columbus State Community College in 2019, The Ohio State University in 2021, and later, finished my Dietetic Internship in 2024. I officially became a Registered Dietitian March 1st 2024.

I reside in Columbus with my silly 6-month old, Benjamin, and an old, but playful Tabby named Smokey Bear.

Throughout the week, I work a typical schedule at a skilled nursing facility, serving our elderly. Otherwise, you will find me enjoying time with my family and friends, getting strong in the gym, connecting with nature on a hike at one of our beautiful metro parks, or being involved in our lively church community.

I have a wide range of interests: I enjoy all things faith, food, fashion, interior design, nature, and fitness! With my free time, I maintain my sanity by cooking, baking, reading, listening to a podcast, watching one of the many personalities I follow on YouTube, or simply singing and dancing around the house, playing with my baby boy.

While I don’t have much time for vacationing these days, my favorite trips are the ones where I can get dirty and truly be in the moment. Some of my favorite memories were made goofing around on a long drive, bonding around a campfire, swimming in a lake, taking in views on a hike, kayaking, and even sky-diving!

I am most proud of myself for my empathy, curiosity, ability to persevere, my creativity, independent thinking, and resourcefulness. As a former girl-scout, and 2nd eldest of 7 kids, I feel these were the traits that grew to set me apart as an adult.

While I’m not perfect, (and nobody is but our Lord,) I believe in always growing and bettering ourselves for the sake of bringing glory to God and serving our communities to the best of our abilities. My aim for this business is to do just that. I have a passion for helping people and a knowledge of nutrition that I hope to share with as many people as I can, to help them to take control of their health so they can pursue their passions, too!
